Refunds
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all of our Services. If you are not completely satisfied with the work that we have done, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the final deliverables and we will work with you to resolve any issues. If we are unable to resolve the issues to your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your request for a refund.
Availability of the Services
We will use reasonable efforts to keep the Services available at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that the Services will always be available or that access to the Services will be uninterrupted. We reserve the right to interrupt the Services for maintenance or to make changes to the Services. We will use reasonable efforts to minimize any disruption to the Services.

All intellectual property rights in the Services and the work that we produce for you are owned by us or our licensors.
